Liz Carson is an Account Manager at Goat Consulting, a Minneapolis-based Amazon consulting agency that helps brands and manufacturers sell on the Amazon marketplace. As an Account Manager, Liz works directly with clients to improve their Amazon presence through a comprehensive strategy that incorporates increasing sales, mitigating risk, reducing costs, and solving problems specific to each client's business.

Liz's approach to account management starts with understanding the client's products and market. She performs detailed product and market research to identify how consumers perceive a product, how competitive the category is, and where opportunities exist for growth. This research informs every recommendation she makes, from pricing strategy to listing optimization to advertising positioning. In her role, Liz manages a wide range of responsibilities across the Amazon platform. She works on product listing creation and optimization, including writing and refining titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content. She manages Amazon Advertising campaigns, working through keyword selection, bid strategy, and campaign structure. She researches and implements strategies for increasing product reviews, managing pricing adjustments, and improving overall account health. She also advises clients on Amazon-specific policies and best practices to keep their accounts in good standing.
